Public law issues in the EUSS 2021
This event was hosted by PLP’s EUSS Support Hub as an interactive discussion considering pressing public law issues with the EUSS.
The EU Settlement Scheme (‘EUSS’) closed on 30 June 2021. However, issues with the EUSS have not ended. Many vulnerable eligible applicants are yet to apply, there is a significant backlog of applications that have not been determined and there is dispute as to the rights that those granted status under the EUSS are entitled to.
