Funding and Costs in JR
This is the recording of the course Costs and Funding in JR, from 19-21 March 2024. A series of practical, bite-size seminars online over three days covering costs and funding in judicial review. The event was presented in partnership with Garden Court Chambers.
Who should attend?
Solicitors, trainees and paralegals, some advisers (if relevant) , and anyone tasked with legal strategy in an organisation with a public law contract, or an NGO / charity using the law for the benefit of their clients.
